Two Roads Development has released new renderings of Elysee Miami, a planned 57-story, 100-unit tower in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood.
Elysee, with interiors designed by Jean-Louis Deniot of Paris, opened its sales gallery in November. Amenities will include a 30th floor amenity deck with wraparound views, a great room, dining room, chef’s kitchen and table, library, theater, lounge and wine room. The developers also built the nearby Biscayne Beach condo tower.
Units at Elysee when will range from 2,600 square feet to 10,000 square feet, priced from $1.65 million to $10 million, or an average of $750 per square foot. The tower will have two units per floor with one full-floor penthouse and private elevators. Cervera Real Estate is the exclusive sales and marketing firm.
A spokesperson for Elysee and Cervera declined to provide a sales update. According to the ISG Q4 New Construction Update, Elysee pre-sold 25 percent of the project, or 25 units.
Construction is slated to begin during the second quarter of this year and be completed by 2018.
