DiVosta opens Sonoma Isles in Jupiter for sales
The home builder also announced a new floor plan for sale at Veranda Gardens in Port St. Lucie

DiVosta Homes, a unit of Atlanta-based home builder PulteGroup Inc., opened its Sonoma Isles residential development in Jupiter for sales.
DiVosta also announced a new floor plan for sale at another community in Port St. Lucie.
A temporary sales center for Sonoma Isles opened this week at 4177 West Indiantown Road in Jupiter, a half-mile west of Florida’s Turnpike.
Two model homes at Sonoma Isles, the Stonewater and Garden Vista, are scheduled to open next year in early spring.
The 260-acre development is a gated community that will have single-family homes priced from the mid-$600,000s to $1 million or more.
Homes at Sonoma Isles will range from 2,488 square feet to more than 5,100 square feet, with 2.5 to 7.5 baths, and a two- or three-car garage.
Optional features include gourmet kitchens, wine refrigerators, extended walk-in showers and media rooms.
Community amenities include a resort-style pool, fire pit, tennis court, clubhouse, fitness center, community room and catering kitchen.
DiVosta also announced a new floor plan for sale at Veranda Gardens in Port St. Lucie. The new Taft Street design ranges in size from 1,433 to 2,188 square feet, with two to four bedrooms, two or three baths, and a two-car garage. Prices start at $212,990.
The 130-acre Veranda Gardens community will have about 350 homes. Three model homes, the Pinnacle, Martin Ray and Abbeyville, are open daily.
Veranda Gardens is at 432 Bancroft Court in Port St. Lucie, a half-mile east of Florida’s Turnpike.
