A newly built Hollub Home in Coral Gables near Matheson Hammock Park has sold for $8 million, Miami-Dade County records show. Lourdes Leon was the buyer.

The six-bedroom, seven-and-a-half bathroom mansion features a 540-bottle wine room, a media and theater room, club room with a bar, infinity spa and a 1,000-square-foot pool, according to the developer’s website. It also includes two laundry rooms, a floating glass and wood staircase, a 12-foot water wall, Ornare closets, and Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. It sold for $897 per square foot.
The home, at 10101 Lakeside Drive, was on the market for $8.45 million. Amy Hollub, a Realtor with Avatar Real Estate and sales manager at Hollub Homes, was the listing agent. Hollub Homes built the two-story property, which sits on a whopping 55,320-square-foot lot west of Fairchild Tropical Botanical Garden and near Pinecrest. Mark Reardon was the architect, according to marketing materials.
The sale marks the most expensive in the community in nearly four years, according to a press release.
Harry Hollub, president and CEO of the custom home builder firm, signed the deed on behalf of the company, records show.
Hollub paid $2.4 million for the lot in 2006, according to Miami-Dade property records.
