Contractors have started building a new BMW dealership near downtown Fort Lauderdale for the Holman Automotive Group.
The BMW dealership, with a two-story showroom and a five-story garage with space for as many as 600 cars, is expected to open next spring. The total cost of the project is about $22 million.
FSMY Architects of Fort Lauderdale designed the two-story showroom with a wall of insulated glass and a green exterior wall system featuring foliage.

Loiseau also told the newspaper the new dealership will help to increase the annual sales volume of Holman BMW, now in the range of 1,400 to 1,500 cars.
