Maxie Kaan-Lilly, an agent with Boca Raton-based Mizner Grande Realty, held an open house recently at 1386 Lands End Road on Hypoluxo Island in Lantana.
Celebrity chef Ben Robinson, from Bravo’s “Below Deck” prepared hors d’oeuvres in the home’s kitchen, while the event’s sponsor, Nolet’s Gin, provided refreshments for guests. In addition, Audi of West Palm Beach lit up the driveway with luxurious sports cars.
The newly renovated, four bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom Palm Beach County house is listed for $1.25 million. The 3,600 square-foot home has marble and wood flooring throughout.
Kaan-Lilly said she plans to donate 10 percent of her commission from the sale of the property to the French Red Cross, to aid the victims of the recent Paris attacks. — Katherine Kallergis and Ina Cordle
