The developer of the Kalea Bay condo project in north Naples selected Renée Gaddis Interiors to design a model unit.
The first 23-story condo building in the Kalea Bay development will have 120 residences, each measuring more than 3,500 square feet.
The model unit by Naples-based Renée Gaddis Interiors will feature a mix of neutral colors highlighted by gold and nickel finishes.
“The washed wood floor with a mixture of neutral upholstery and wood tones will create a warm and inviting space,” Renée Gaddis, president of the interior design firm that bears her name, said in a prepared statement.
The Kalea Bay development will have five buildings when complete. Four of the buildings will be 22 floors tall, with six units per floor. The fifth building will be 19 stories tall and will have 100 units. Each building will have a rooftop pool and fitness center.
Unit prices range from $1.26 million to $2.6 million for a penthouse.
