Suffolk set for 2nd phase of Naples condo project
The construction management firm is building two five-story condos with 72 units each

Suffolk Construction is nearing completion of a five-story condominium building in Naples and preparing to start building another one in the second phase of the project.
Naples Square Phase 1 is a five-story, 72-unit condominium building.
Suffolk this month will build start building another five-story, 72-unit condo, Naples Square Phase 2.
Both buildings include such second-level amenities as a pool and deck, cabanas and an outdoor grilling area as well as first-level parking and personal storage for each unit.
Suffolk has become one of the largest construction management firms in the state since opening its Florida office in 1994.
Other current Suffolk projects in Florida include Aria at Longboat Key and Moorings Park at Grey Oaks.
Suffolks’s previous Florida projects include Ave Maria University Phase I campus, Dunbar High School and the Palm Avenue Parking Garage in Sarasota.
