Trammell Crow Residential plans to build a 358-unit rental apartment complex near a shopping mall in Orlando, the Orlando Sentinel reported. Trammell Crow would build the $50 million rental complex next to the Orlando Fashion Square mall, which is about two miles from downtown Orlando. The site of the project, called Alexan at Audobon, is the southeast corner of Maguire Boulevard and McCullough Avenue. The apartment project is pending zoning approval by the city of Orlando.
