Just as it did in Broward, United Realty Group has gained the most agents in Palm Beach County over the past three months compared to other brokerage firms.
Since October, United Realty, which is based in Plantation and has four branches in Palm Beach County, saw a 5.9 percent change in its broker count from 356 in October to 377 in January, according to data analyzed by The Real Deal.
In a ranking that compares agent counts in October and now in January, the five biggest brokerages in Palm Beach saw slight changes in which firm had the most actively licensed agents over the past three months.
Keyes Company, Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, Illustrated Properties Real Estate, United Realty and ERA Home Run Real Estate were the largest brokerages in Palm Beach County as of Jan. 16, according to data from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
In October, that ranking was almost identical: ERA Home Run Real Estate was No. 4 and United Realty No. 5.
United Realty retained 93.54 percent of its agents, the data shows. It hired 44 new brokers, and out of those, nearly 30 percent were not previously affiliated with other firms and a quarter came from the 20 largest brokerages in the county.
Out of the 23 agents who left United Realty over the three-month period, 30 percent or about seven agents are no longer recorded under any other firm in Palm Beach.
Here is the latest January ranking of the biggest Palm Beach brokerages:
